Daily vitamin supplements might not offer any benefits, say studies

Chances are, you’ve been told since you were a child that you need to take your vitamins. Well, your childhood resistance to that ritual appears to have been vindicated, at least according to a new study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
