Martin Heck at Timestorm Films, who we featured in the past because of his work capturing the beautiful eruption of the Calbuco volcano in Chile, has created another short film film highlighting the majesty of the Patagonia region in southern Chile and Argentina. The film, called Patagonia 8K because it was shot using super-high-resolution cameras resulting in 8K footage (most HD TVs are still on 1080p — 8K contains sixteen times more pixels, or 33.18 megapixels), was shot over 6 weeks, with Martin travelling over 7500 kilometers (4,660 miles) from Santiago to Punta Arenas.
